Similar to social media feeds, this is where you will see a range of posts from tips for using the app to the kind of news which appears in the vegetablesWA newsletter. In the near future, you'll be able to post your own ads and offers or your own news.
Find & Be Found
The app contains the details from the vegetablesWA database and information from the APC's Fee-for-Service database. We wanted to make growers easy to find for buyers so a buyer can enter 'capsicums' and see a list of any growers who grow capsicums, for instance. We know it's important to you to be in control of your data so you can opt out of making your farm searchable at any time.
Farm Profile
The search results provide a link to a standard profile page for every farm using information from our database as well as any additional information you provide. The profile lists the farm's produce based on the Fee-For-Service data. If a buyer wants to contact a grower about produce, they can press the envelope icon and that takes them to the Message feature.
